A Tennessee native, I have consistently demonstrated my sales expertise in both international fundraising and domestic sales throughout my diverse career. In 2016, I met my business partner, Jonathan Poindexter, a former USAF veteran from Tennessee. We joined Benchmark Realty, LLC in 2018 and have since completed over 215 transactions, with our most notable sale reaching $5.25 million in 2022. In 2023, we expanded our business to Chattanooga—our ongoing success results from our meticulous attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
Jonathan Poindexter, a native son of Tennessee, is a married dad of three and an Air Force veteran. He brings his military discipline and Southern pragmatism to his work as a full-time Realtor with Benchmark Realty, LLC. Jonathan is acknowledged throughout the Greater Nashville real estate industry for his precise contract writing, skillful negotiation, and extensive knowledge of real estate law and best practices. Working shoulder to shoulder with Mitzi as she develops new relationships with clients nationwide, Jonathan leads the 'contract to close' side of the business with authority and expertise.
